We aim to ship all orders either the same working day or next working day.
We work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm except national holidays
We ship all International Delivery orders with FEDEX or DHL, as soon as we send the item, we will send you the details with the tracking number.
The shipping time depends on the duration of the custom checking, so we can not control the delay at the customs or in the transit.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If you are ordering from USA you will be charged import taxes only if the invoice is above USD 800, under this value, you will not have to pay any tax.
If you are ordering from Europe you will be handling fees in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel.
These charges will depend on the country you are in and the value of the item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return and get a store credit or exchange it within 15 days of its delivery. Please email us with the request.
To be eligible for a return your purchase must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original labels and tags.
Sorry, but we are unable to offer free return shipping right now, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
In case an item arrives damaged, pleas send us via email the pictures of the damaged piece and we will resend it at no cost

If you love your purchase but you want a different size or color, please email us at info@virechic.com and let us know which size/color you'd like to try instead.
For orders outside of Brazil, we are unable to offer free shipping for the return, but we will ship you the new exchanged item without additional costs.
